Why MAZATROL

MAZATROL is a graphical and intuitive programming mode that minimizes the use and understanding of G-codes. This makes it possible for operators to quickly and easily develop machining programs while on the shop floor or in the office. Users answer conversationally displayed questions about the workpiece, including material type, O.D./I.D. dimensions, part lengths and other queries, and as these questions are answered, the control constructs the program automatically. A range of advanced functions further speed up production and allow experienced operators to quickly edit and optimize programs for the fastest cycle times and easier workpiece setup.
